It’s that time again! We are inviting Black community members to join us this Saturday, July 27th for our Black Homeowner’s Dinner at 2-4:30pm at Byrd Barr Place (722 18th Ave Seattle). Delicious food will be served and we plan to start our event with another round of Black Jeopardy, so plan to arrive early! Individual cash prizes will be awarded to members of the winning team. The theme for the dinner is our Black Homeowners as Policymakers & the Comprehensive Plan. We will be discussing rising property taxes, City of Seattle’s Draft Comprehensive Plan, and actionable steps to form an Anti-displacement plan. See you there! RSVP Here!
